My educational background, combined with my experience of my own life challenges, my continued daily learning and the issues my clients bring to me mean I have numerous areas of expertise, not least-

  • Your health: I am not a health expert, I bring an understanding of how all aspects of life can impact upon health and how health impacts upon all aspects of life!
  • Resolving issues from childhood: rising above, climbing clear, gaining closure. Dealing with issues about your parents and the hurtful or unhelpful parenting you may have received
  • Relationships: I have the ability to facilitate other people telling their stories
  • Divorce and break-up: your life can change overnight; I can support you towards your new life
  • Parenting: listening, supporting your learning, and developing your confidence

  • Your sensitivity: I have worked extensively with Highly Sensitive People to help them understand their special gifts and the roles to which they are particularly suited
