The Mpowerme philosophy

Establishing ‘Mpowerme’, has enabled me to combine management training and consultancy with life coaching and personal development programmes. Being able to utilise my own education, work and personal life experiences and continual learning in this way has given me great job satisfaction, enjoyment and a real sense of fulfilment.

I am not interested in finding a model or a One size fits all approach to channel clients through. I have always seen my role as one of looking at each person as an individual. I have developed a library of worksheets, books, CD, DVDs and resources. I know from the feedback and testimonials I get from clients that this unique approach is of great value and the appreciate the way I share my exudation, knowledge and personal life experience, stories and examples.

I live in the real world with a healthy dose of optimism. My fundamental belief is that when we make the best of ourselves we are far better for the people around us too. My role is often showing people that they are giving so much to others that they as an individual are suffering from a poor quality of life and often have health problems. Or the converse is true they are not giving to anyone, even themselves and they live in a cycle of not meeting anyone’s needs including their own. Once they give themselves permission to give to themselves genuinely they are of better value to those around them – it’s a win win situation!

My teachings offer simple and identifiable examples to enable clients to see different perspectives, envisage outcomes and consider their own options and choices.

“My aim is to support, encourage and inspire others to knowwhat they want in life and to then live it”

The Mpowerme Mission is twofold:

  1. To provide employees with an accessible, confidential resource that provides transformational life coaching and training that focuses on any issues or illness in the clients life, giving them an opportunity to review, reflect and plan for a better quality of life – whatever that may mean for them.
  2. To provide employers with effective, affordable solutions that increases employee morale and productivity, demonstrate commitment to employees and aids in staff retention.

No Agenda

My approach is to work, wherever possible, without an agenda, so that I can focus completely on what you bring to the sessions. I am able to do this, because of the range of training, the variety of professional coaching experience, the series of challenges I have faced in my own life, and the mindset of openness that I bring.
