It made me think differently and I feel better in myself and more able to cope with things. The course is very relaxed and friendly, well planned and presented.

Stress Management and Time Management Course

Which came first the issues with time management or stress?
This is a chicken and egg question.

Were you stressed and then started managing your time poorly?

Or did poor time management lead to stress?

Here at Mpowerme we purposely do not separate these 2 subjects out, firstly because the overlap is so great and secondly because people often “don’t know what they don’t know”. On many occasions course attendees have said either “I didn’t think I was suffering with stress but the course really highlighted that I need to take some action”, along with, “I thought my time management was really good but you taught me things that can make it even better”.

We start with a generic outline to the course but as always we work flexibly to address the issues that are brought to us either personally or within the organisation.
