The Motivational Map®, an on-line diagnostic tool, provides an accurate ten page report which is used to help people understand their own individual Internal Motivational Drivers. From this report we know what they really need from their work to be happy and fulfilled. Understanding exactly what motivates individuals in an organisation can be used to magnificent effect in such areas as :-
- Maximising employee motivation
- Retaining staff
- Boosting team performance

- Recruiting the right staff to complement existing teams
The Motivational Map:
- enables individuals, teams and organisations to understand and prioritise what motivates them
- reveals how motivated they are, and
- provides practical and effective tools that increase motivation at all levels.
This can then be extended to teams, any number of teams, within an organisation. Each individual receives a Map, but a Team Map can also be drawn up. This provides invaluable information for the Manager, establishing exactly how motivated the team currently is, and which Motivators dominate the team. Each Team Map is at least a 10 page report containing key information on Reward Strategies with at least 6 ideas, as well as a Change Index Score, showing how ready for change that particular team is.
Matrix Reimprinting
Matrix Reimprinting, created by EFT Master Karl Dawson, is an energy psychology technique which combines the use of the bodymind with quantum physics and New Science, for rapid personal evolution.
Like it’s predecessors, Matrix Reimprinting also uses the Traditional Chinese Medicine meridian system that has been used in acupuncture for thousands of years. EFT has a long and impressive history of resolving physical and emotional health issues. The way it works is that you bring to mind and verbalise, in a specific manner, an issue that you want to work with.
At the same time you tap on points on your meridians with your fingers, and this releases stress and trauma from the body’s energy system, allowing the body-mind to return to a healthy physical and emotional state. Results for EFT have always been phenomenal, and have far and reaching positive consequences for our Western medical model of healing.
In Matrix Reimprinting we see these past negative memories as being held as pictures or holograms in your body-field. Until you transform them you keep tuning into them on a subconscious level and they affect your health, your wellbeing and your point of attraction. Changing the pictures creates both physical and emotional healing, and enables you to attract more positive experiences into your life. And by tapping on the meridians of the body at the same time, the process is accelerated.
It is important to recognize that this process is very different from denying what happened. From a quantum physics point of view we have any number of possible pasts or futures, and it is simply tuning us into one that is more resourceful, whilst releasing the stress and trauma that we hold in our body-mind and body-field, due to traumatic life events.

EFT – Emotional Freedom Technique
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is based on the ancient principles of acupuncture. EFT is a simple tapping procedure that gently realigns the body’s energy system, without the discomfort of needles. Unlike other energy healing methods, EFT incorporates an emotional element to the healing process, addressing unresolved emotional issues as a likely cause of physical disease, psychological dysfunction, and personal performance limits.
Negative emotional experiences disrupt the energy meridians that run through our body. The physical changes we feel from those stored memories, like nausea or anxiety, become attached to the memory of that experience and affect the way we see the world…until we heal that disruption and release the stored energy. Properly applied, EFT quickly realigns the energy meridians with respect to negative memories, disconnects the physical discomfort that we attached to it, and quite often removes the resulting symptoms.
By tapping and stimulation the end point of the meridian system we can release the negative blockage and restore balance by encouraging the natural flow of energy. Cultures that are closer to nature have developed disciplines such as acupuncture, yoga and qi gong.
