How does a Personal Life Coaching Session Work?
Sessions last between 45 and 60 minutes and are booked in blocks of between 4 and 6, over an agreed period of time, to suit your needs and commitments. Sessions are either conducted face- to-face, over the telephone, via email - or through a combination of all of these.
During a session you will work with the coach, to identify the key area(s) to work on. Each session focuses on an agreed theme, during which we explore your key issues in a safe and supportive environment. Throughout the session you will get help to:
- identify your current position, looking at the good and not so good
- establish where you want to be
- explore your options to achieve this
- focus on your end goal, until it is achieved
Coaching Driven by Results
During the session a personal action plan, detailing your progress, will be developed for the key areas you wish to work on.
Between sessions you will also benefit from ongoing support, either by phone or email.
Each session builds on the progress made in the previous one. This creates an accumulative effect that constantly builds momentum to help you achieve your personal goals.
If during the programme of coaching sessions it arises that you might also benefit from the services of other experts, for example, from a nutritionist to business support. We will support you in finding an appropriate specialist with the necessary expertise.
