What is Meditation and Mindfulness?

Mediation and mindfulness helps you to step out of the autopilot mode and bring awareness to your life and really connect with yourself. It can help you to find inner peace, contentment, and happiness from within.


This course is designed to promote your overall health and wellbeing, and will incorporate both general mindfulness and specific meditation techniques to deal with managing stress, anxiety and pain, improve focus and concentration, and boost vitality and energy.

The course is based on teachings from the Zen tradition which has been practised in Japan since the 9th Century, but is taught in a way that is relevant to your life today.

The 8 week course will be suitable for you if you’re looking for an introduction to mindfulness and meditation or for a way to deal with stress related problems. It will transform your mindset and enable you to lead a calmer and happier life.

This online group course of 1.5 hours each week for 8 weeks will cost £150 including handouts, meditations and support.

Ideally this course will be run face to face with groups.

At present it has to be delivered online by using Skype or Zoom.
